dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce je zaměřena na tvorbu projektu pro zvýšení atraktivnosti Jízdy králů Vlčnov. Cílem teoretické části diplomové práce bylo vypracování literární rešerše zabývající se oblastí kulturního cestovního ruchu a eventů v cestovním ruchu a následná tvorba teoretických východisek pro zpracování praktické části. Cílem praktické části byla analýza současné kulturní akce Jízdy králů Vlčnov a její konkurence a na základě výsledků analýz navrhnout projekt vedoucí ke zvýšení atraktivnosti Jízdy králů Vlčnov. V rámci této části bylo mimo jiné využito analytických metod jako PESTE analýza, benchmarking, SWOT analýza a dotazníkové šetření. Z provedených analýz byly zjištěny nedostatky Jízdy králů Vlčnov a na základě těchto výsledků byl vytvořen projekt, který zahrnuje zřízení dětského kreativního koutku a občerstvení u koutku podporující regionální produkty a podnikatele. Dále vznikla možnost půjčení dětského vlčnovského kroje a jízdy na poníkovi a byla přijata opatření pro enviromentálnější průběh akce.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The thesis is focused on the creation of a project to increase the attractiveness of the Ride of the Kings Vlčnov. The aim of the theoretical part was processing literature search focused on the area of cultural tourism and events in tourism and the subsequent creation of theoretical basis for the processing of the practical part. The aim of the practical part was the analysis of the current cultural event Ride of the Kings Vlčnov and its competition and based on the results of the analysis to design a project leading to increase the attractiveness of the Ride of the Kings Vlčnov. In this part of the thesis were implemented among other things analytical methods such as PESTE analysis, benchmarking, SWOT analysis and questionnaire survey were used. The analyzes revealed shortcomings of the Ride of the Kings Vlčnov and on the basis of these results a project was created, which includes the establishment of a children's creative corner and refreshments at the corner supporting regional products and entrepreneurs. Furthermore, the possibility of renting a children's Vlčnov costume and riding a pony was created, and measures were taken for a more environmental course of the event.
