dc.description.abstract	Tato diplomová práce se zaměřuje na analýzu bezpečnosti Slováckých slavností vína a otevřených památek v Uherském Hradišti. Teoretická část se zabývá hlavními pojmy problematiky, ukotvení do právních norem a popisem povinností obce a složek podílejících na zajištění průběhu a bezpečnosti Slováckých slavností vína a otevřených památek v Uherském Hradišti. Praktická část je věnována analýze konkrétních míst, ve kterých se tato kulturní akce odehrává, popisuje nedostatky zabezpečení a následně navrhuje možná řešení těchto nedostatků. Následně je zde uvedena struktura Bezpečnostního plánu, který vyplývá ze zjištěných nedostatků. Jedná se o centrum města Uherské Hradiště, Vinohradskou ulici a přilehlé památky.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This diploma thesis focuses on the analysis of the safety of the Slovak Wine Festival and open monuments in Uherské Hradiště.The theoretical part deals with the main concepts of the issue, anchoring to legal norms and a description of the duties of the municipality and the components involved in ensuring the course and safety of the Slovak Wine Festival and open monuments in Uherské Hradiště.The practical part is devoted to the analysis of specific places where this cultural event takes place, describes the security shortcomings and then suggests possible solutions to these shortcomings.Subsequently, the structure of the Security Plan is presented, which results from the identified deficiencies. These are the center of Uherské Hradiště, Vinohradská Street and adjacent monuments.
