Cílem bakalářské práce je analyzovat porušování autorského a průmyslového práva v praxi. První a druhá kapitola je zaměřená na autorská a průmyslová práva, na jejich předměty a členění jednotlivých práv, které nám zabezpečují výstup pro praktickou část, jež analyzuje porušování těchto konkrétních práv. Porušování je analyzováno na dvou praktických příkladech, kde se v prvním případě jedná o porušování autorského práva u filmových nahrávek v kině a jejich následné zveřejnění na internetových uložištích a v druhém porušování průmyslového práva formou plagiátorství a padělání značky Apple. Obě analýzy představují také možnosti ochrany, aby nedocházelo k porušování těchto práv. |

The aim of the bachelor thesis is to analyze the violation of copyright and industrial law in practice. The first and the second chapters focuses of copyright and industrial law, to their subjects and divisions, which provide us with an output for the practical part, which analyzes the violation of these specific rights. The infringement is analyzed on two practical examples, where the first case concerns the infringement of copyright in cinematographic films and their subsequent publication on Internet repositories, and the second infringes industrial law in the form of plagiarism and counterfeiting of the Apple brand. Both analyzes also represent options for protection against non-infringement of these rights.
