Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá principy úspěšné práce v projektových týmech. Teoretická část práce se věnuje především vytyčení pěti klíčových oblastí pro správné fungování takových týmů. Teoretická část dále obsahuje kapitoly zaměřené na definici (projektového) týmu, jeho velikost a rozdílné fáze vývoje. Praktická část práce hledá v definovaných oblastech nejčastější příčiny selhávání. Součástí bakalářské práce je vlastní kvantitativní výzkum zaměřující se na členy mladých projektových týmů. Formou anonymních dotazníku jsou zjišťovány konkrétní problémy a současně i místa s největším potenciálem ke zkvalitnění týmové práce. |

This Bachelor thesis is dealing with principles of successful team work in project teams. The theoretical part of this thesis focuses primarily on pointing out the five key elements of a proper function of these teams. Additionally, the theoretical part includes chapters focusing on (project) team definition, size and different stages of team development. The practical part searches for most frequent dysfunctions of project teams while trying to define the most common causes of failure. This Bachelor thesis also includes quantitative research focusing on members of young project teams. For purpose of this research, an anonymous questionnaire is used to discover specific problems as well as areas with the biggest potential to improve the team work. |
