dc.description.abstract	Tahle bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou systémů řízení ve firmě Neriet s. r. o. V teoretické části jsou popsány rozdíly mezi finančním a manažerským účetnictví, rozbor nákladů, vysvětlen je bod zvratu, popsán kalkulační systém a rozpočetnictví. Cílem praktické části byla samotná analýza nákladů společnosti. První část práce firmu představuje, dále následuje analýza nákladů, výpočet bodu zvratu, a popis postavení, jaké zaujímá k rozpočtování.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This bachelor thesis is focused on cost analysis in the company Neriet s. r. o. In the theoretical part are mentioned differences between financial and management ac-counting, analysis of costs, break even point is explained, defined are calculation systems and budgeting. The goal of practical part was the cost analysis itself. In the first part the company is pre-sented, followed by cost analysis, calculation of break even point and described is point of view company has on budgeting.
