Hlavním cílem této diplomové práce je navrhnout implementaci metody hodnocení výkonnosti podniku Balanced Scorecard do dceřiných společností na základě modelu BSC vytvořeného pro mateřskou společnost. Diplomová práce je složena ze dvou částí. První, teoretická část je zaměřena na zpracování literárních zdrojů pojednávajících o výkonnosti podniku se zaměřením na model Balanced Scorecard. Druhá, praktická část obsahuje strategickou a finanční analýzu podniku. Na tuto část navazuje koncept věnovaný implementaci BSC. Úspěšná implementace modelu BSC zahrnuje stanovení strategií dceřiných společností, vytvoření strategických map, zvolení ukazatelů a stanovení očekávaných hodnot. V závěru práce jsou zhodnocena rizika implementace, se zvážením nákladové náročnosti projektu. |

The main aim of this thesis is to propose the implementation of the Balanced Scorecard performance evaluation method to the subsidiaries based on the BSC model developed for the parent company. The thesis is nsisted of two parts. The first, theoretical part is focused on the processing of literary sources dealing with the performance of the company with a focus on the Balanced Scorecard. The second, practical part contains the strategic and financial analysis of the company. This part is followed by a concept devoted to BSC implementation. The successful implementation of the BSC model involves the determining of subsidiary strategies, the creation of strategic maps, the selection of indicators and the determination of expected values. At the end of the work, the risks of implementation are evaluated, considering the cost of the project. |
