Cílem této bakalářské práce je analyzovat a vyhodnotit využití dotací z Programu rozvoje venkova na území CHKO Bílé Karpaty. Náplní teoretické části je definice pojmu venkov, venkovských oblastí a popis aktuálních rozvojových problémů venkova. Rovněž jsou zde představeny nástroje regionální politiky EU společně s nástroji podpory venkova z národních programů. Praktická část se skládá z charakteristiky CHKO Bílé Karpaty a jejího vymezení na území ORP Uherský Brod. Pro dosažení hlavního cíle, následuje po podrobnější analýze tohoto území, vyhodnocení využití dotací z programu rozvoje venkova v CHKO Bílé Karpaty na území ORP Uherský Brod. Praktická část je zakončena návrhem projektu pro rozvoj tohoto území, který je podroben finanční, časové a rizikové analýze. |

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to analyze and evaluate use of the public subsidies from Rural Development programme in the White Carpathian Protected Landscape Area. The purpose of the theoretical part is the definition of rural concept, rural areas and description of the current rural development issues. Moreover, the selected tools of the EU regional policy are introduced together with national programmes for subsidies of rural areas development. Practical part consists of the characteristics of the White Carpathian Protected Landscape Area and its delimitation on the territory of the Uherský Brod municipality with extended power. The evaluation of the use of public subsidies form Rural Development programme in the White Carpathian Protected Landscape Area on the territory of the Uherský Brod municipality with extended power and the further analysis of this territory are performed to achieve the main aim of this thesis. Furthermore the practical part presents the project proposal for the development of this territory within the EU Structural Funds framework, which is subjected to financial, time and risk analysis. |
