Práce se zabývá problematikou Obecného nařízení na ochranu osobních údajů, tzv. GDPR - General Data Protection Regulation, jeho aplikací v české legislativě. Toto nařízení přináší novinky do rozsáhlé oblasti zacházení s osobními údaji a všeho co do této oblasti patří. Seznamuje s důvodem vzniku Obecného nařízení. Popisuje, jaké změny GDPR přineslo do české legislativy v oblasti zacházení s osobními daty, při ochraně soukromí, bezpečnosti těchto dat a nově vzniklé povinnosti v této souvislosti. Cílem práce je vytvoření literární rešerše zabývající se GDPR, popsat jakým způsobem se využívají a zachází s osobními daty ve školství a porovnání implementace na různých stupních českého školství. Práce popisuje nově příchozí práva subjektů, která umožňují větší rozhodovací právo studentů nebo zákonných zástupců dětí o zpraco-vání údajů ve školském prostředí. Na závěr byly vytvořeny metodické pomůcky pro zá-kladní a mateřské školy obsahující jednotlivé postupy, které musí školy dodržet, aby docílily správnému vyrozumění a dodržení bezpečnosti ochrany osobních dat. Přílohy práce mají sloužit jako praktické i teoretické pomůcky pro správné vyrozumění GDPR. |

The thesis deals with the issue of the General Regulation on Personal Data Protection, GDPR - General Data Protection Regulation, its use in Czech legislation. This regulation brings news to a large area of treatment with personal information and everything in the area. It introduces the reason for the establishment of the General Regulation. It describes what changes in GDPR brought into the Czech legislation in the field of personal data handling, privacy, security of this data and new obligations in this context. The aim of this work is to create a literature review dealing with GDPR, to describe it use and treat personal data in education, compare implementation at different levels of Czech education. The thesis describes the newly arrived rights of subjects, which allows for greater decision-making right of the student or legal representatives of children to process data in the school envi-ronment. The conclusion of the thesis is the creation of a methodical aid for elementary and nursery schools containing individual procedures that schools have to follow in order to achieve correct notification and compliance with the protection of personal data. The annexes of the thesis should serve as both practical and orientation aids for correct GDPR notification. |
