dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou majetkové trestné činnosti, konkrétně krádeží majetku. V teoretické části jsou popsány druhy bezpečnosti, ve kterých může mít krádež závažný dopad na společnost. Rozebírá se zde bezpečnostní prostředí fyzické a kybernetické krádeže, sociální i právní aspekty a skutková podstata krádeže. Dále následují jednotlivá vývojová stádia a klasifikace způsobů páchání krádeží. Pro ilustraci byl vytvořen obecný model krádeže ukazující jednotlivé kroky pachatele. Dále je tento model využit v praktické části práce, což pomáhá při určování klíčových momentů a zjednodušuje tak celkovou ana-lýzu. Hlavním cílem praktické části je analýza vybraných zločinů, popis bezpečnostního prostředí, ve kterém se krádež odehrála, a zranitelností, kterých pachatel využil. Na základě získaných poznatků jsou navržena adekvátní bezpečnostní opatření. V poslední části jsou uvedeny různé motivy pachatelů a specifikovány rozdíly mezi fyzickou a kybernetickou krá-deží se zaměřením na klíčové momenty a aktiva, která delikventy zajímají.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This thesis concerns the problematics of criminal activity, specifically thefts of property. The theroretical part describes the types of security in which a theft might have a major impact on society. It is discussing the issue of the security environment of physical and cy-bernetic theft, its social and legal aspects and its factual substantiantion. This part also describes the particular stages of theft development and classifies different ways of committing the crime. An universal model was created to demonstrate individual steps followed by the perpetrator. It is used in the practical part of this theses to identify key mo-ments and simplify the analysis. The main goal of the practical part is to analyze chosen thefts, describe the security environment that the theft was commited in and vulnerabilities that the offender took advantage of. Based on the acquired knowledge there are suggested adequate protective steps. In the last part are listed diverse perpetrators' motives. There are also specified differences between physical and cybernetic thefts with a focus on key mo-ments during the processes and assets which are in the interest of delinquents.
