dc.description.abstract	Práce pojednává o současných a perspektivních způsobech obranné střelby z krátkých palných zbraní vhodných, jak pro prostředí komerční bezpečnosti, tak pro sebeobranu občana. Teoretická část je zaměřena na právní prostředí související s palnými zbraněmi. Dále popisuje základy použití zbraně včetně teoretického úvodu do oblasti zbraní a střeliva. Poslední kapitola teoretické části se věnuje faktorům ovlivňujících obrannou situaci. Praktická část práce obsahuje analýzu způsobů obranné střelby a jejich forem provedení z hlediska faktorů ovlivňujících obrannou situaci. Závěrečná kapitola se poté zabývá návrhem efektivních způsobů obranné střelby.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The thesis deals with current and prospective methods of defensive shooting from firearm suitable for commercial security and self-defense. The theoretical part is focused on the legal background related to firearms. It also describes the basics of using a weapon, including a theoretical introduction to the field of weapons and ammunition. The last chapter of the theoretical part deals with factors influencing the defense situation. The practical part of the thesis contains an analysis of defensive shooting methods and their forms of implementation in terms of factors influencing the defense situation. The final chapter then deals with the proposal of effective methods of defense shooting.
