dc.description.abstract	Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá geografickým informačním systémem (GIS) pro podporu krizového řízení měst a obcí v okruhu Zlínského kraje, konkrétně města Uherský Brod, Uherské Hradiště a Jihlava. Autor bakalářské práce se zaměřil především na vyhodnocení současného využití geografického informačního systému pro oblast krizového řízení v daných městech, analýzu jejich nynějších aplikací a konečné doporučení pro možné vylepšení stávajících GIS pro podporu krizového řízení. Teoretická část je zaměřena na seznámení se se základní funkčností GIS, její historií a stávající možnosti využití ve státní, ale i veřejné správě. Konec teoretické části seznamuje čtenáře se základním popisem analyzovaných měst. V praktické části bude popsána analýza nynějších aplikací, které jsou používány ke správě geografického informačního systému pro podporu krizového řízení, dotazníkové šetře-ní u správců GIS a následně i dotazníkové šetření veřejnosti a formulace doporučení pro úpravu a jejich vylepšení GIS jednotlivých měst.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This bachelor thesis deals with the geographic information system (GIS) for the support of crisis management of towns and villages in the Zlín Region, namely the towns of Uherský Brod, Uherské Hradiště and Jihlava. The author of the bachelor thesis focused mainly on the evaluation of the current use of the geographic information system, for the area of crisis management in the given cities, the analysis of their current applications and the final recommendation for possible improvement of the existing GIS for crisis management support. The theoretical part is fo-cused on the basic functionality of GIS, its history and current possibilities of use in the state as well as public administration. The end of the theoretical part introduces the reader to the basic description of analyzed cities. In the practical part there will be described the analysis of current applications, which are used for the administration of the geographic information system for crisis management support, questionnaire survey of GIS administrators and subsequently the public questionnaire survey and formulation of recommendations for adjustment and improvement of GIS of individual cities.
