dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou stresu a jeho zvládání s ohledem na copingové strategie u zdravotnických pracovníků. První část teoretické části řeší pojmy stres z pohledu některých autorů, stresory a stresové situace, druhy a příznaky stresu, syndrom vyhoření a v neposlední řadě copingové strategie. Druhá část je zaměřena na zdravotnický personál a na problematiku pracovního stresu zdravotních sester. Praktická část je zaměřená na zjištění copingových strategií pomocí dotazníku SVF 78.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The presented bachelor thesis deals mainly with the theory of stress and its coping with cognitive strategies at nurses/brothers. The first part of the theoretical part solves the con-cepts of stress from the point of view of some authors, stressors and stressful situations, types and symptoms of stress, burnout syndrome and, last but not least, coping strategies. The second part is focused on the medical professionals and on the issue of work stress of nurses. The practical part is focused on the identification of coping strategies using the SVF 78 questionnaire.
