dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce je rozdělena na dvě části, teoretickou část a praktickou část. V teoretické části jsou vysvětleny základní pojmy této bakalářské práce, dále je zde pojednáno o bezpečnostních složkách, jejich dělení, právech a povinnostech. A poté je zde podrobněji řešena problematika terorismu a právní normy vztahující se k dané problematice. Praktická část práce je věnována problematice stavu zabezpečení ochrany měkkých cílů na Uherskobrodské pouti vůči teroristickým útokům. v závěru práce jsou uvedeny návrhy na jeho zlepšení

dc.description.abstract-translated	The bachelor thesis is devided into two parts, the theoretical part and the practical part. The theoretical part explains the basic concepts of this thesis, then there is dealt with security services, their division, rights and obligations. Then there is the issue of terrorism and rela-ted legal regulations are dealt with in more detail. The practical part is devoted to the issue of securing protection of soft targets at Uherskobrodská pouť against terrorist attacks. At the end of this thesis there are listed improvement suggestions.
