dc.description.abstract	Předkládaná diplomová práce se zaobírá problematikou základních bezpečnostních aspektů ochrany obyvatelstva před chemickým terorismem v České republice. Úvod teoretické části je zaměřen na definici pojmu bezpečnost a na obecnou charakteristiku bezpečnostních dokumentů v podmínkách ČR. Následující pasáže textu jsou věnovány stručnému uvedení do problematiky terorismu, přičemž zvláštní zřetel je s ohledem na téma diplomové práce kladen na oblast chemického terorismu a na teorii ochrany obyvatelstva před chemickým terorismem. Úvod praktické části práce se zabývá popisem jednotlivých prostředků chemického terorismu, přičemž podstatnou část zaobírá specifikace bojových chemických látek. Větší důraz je přitom kladen na chemické látky, které byly následně autorkou použity pro modelování v softwarovém programu TerEx. Závěr práce je věnován zhodnocení úrovně ochrany obyvatelstva v ČR a předložením vlastních návrhů na možné zlepšení stávající situace.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This submitted diploma thesis deals with basic security aspects of population protection against chemical terrorism in the Czech Republic. The introduction of the theoretical part is focused on the definition of the term security and on the general characteristics of security documents in the Czech Republic. The following sections of the text are dedicated to brief introduction to the issue of terrorism, with special regard to the topic of terrorism and the theory of the protection of the population against chemical terrorism. The introduction of the practical part deals with the description of individual means of chemical terrorism while a substantial part of it deals with the specifications of chemical warfare agents. More emphasis is placed on chemicals that were used for modeling in the TerEx software programme. The conclusion of the thesis is dedicated to the author's evaluation of the level population protection in the Czech Republic responding by presenting suggestion for a possible improvement to the current situation.
