dc.description.abstract	Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou řešení krize ve vybrané firmě Svatební agentury Romance sídlící v Kyjově. V teoretické části bakalářské práce jsou vymezeny základní pojmy, které jsou pro tuto práci důležité. V praktické části je představena firma a následně provedena analýza této firmy včetně zhodnocení výsledků zvolených analýz. Závěrem jsou navržena opatření na zlepšení současného stavu firmy.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This bachelor thesis deals with the issue of crisis resolving in the selected company Wedding agency Romance based in Kyjov. In the theoretical part of the bachelor thesis are defined the basic concepts which are important for this work. In the practical part is introduction to the company and subsequently carried out analysis of this business including the evaluation of the results of the selected analyses. Finally, there are proposed measures for improvement of the current state of the company.
