dc.description.abstract	Teoretická část diplomové práce je zaměřena na problematiku bezpečnostních rizik a obsahuje definice základních pojmů, přehled platné evropské i národní legislativy vztahující se k BOZP, oblasti bezpečnostních rizik, způsoby identifikace rizik, hodnocení míry rizik a popis způsobů omezování rizik. V praktické části diplomová práce představuje strukturu technických služeb města a v rámci bezpečnostní analýzy rizik je provedena identifikace aktiv a hrozeb. Bezpečnostní analýza je provedena metodou FMEA. Na základě výstupů z provedené analýzy jsou navržena opatření pro snížení vlivu bezpečnostních rizik na třetí osoby.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The theoretical part of the thesis focuses on the issues of safety risks and contains the definition of basic terms, an overview of current both European and national legislation concerning OHS (Occupational Health and Safety), spheres of safety risks, ways to identify risks, the evaluation of the extent of possible risks and a description of ways to reduce the risks. The practical part of the thesis presents the structure of the technical services of the town and as part of the safety analysis of risks the identification of assets and threats is carried out. For the safety analysis the FMEA is used. The measures to reduce the influence of safety risks to the third party are prepared on the basis of the outcome of the analysis.
