Cílem diplomové práce bude popsání kroků při vzniku povodňové situace v obci Kopčany jehož součástí je také systém krizového řízení. Teoretická část bude věnována vymezení základních pojmů které úzce souvisí z povodňovým stavům jako například mimořádná událost, riziko, systém krizového řízení. Praktická část bude věnována stručné charakteristice obce, dále poukáže na stávající opatření které byly realizovány za účelem zmírnění rizika povodní. Pozornost bude věnována vypracování povodňového plánu obce a návrh nových variant opatření za účelem zamezení povodňového stavu. |

The bachelor thesis focuses on questions concerning floods and flood protection. In the theoretical part, the thesis defines basic terms such as exceptional occurrence, a threat, and crisis management. The thesis contains information about integrated rescue system and its individual parts, that are closely related to discussed issues. It describes water distribution, types of floods, and content of a flood plan of safety works. In the practical part, author focuses on the Morava River and regulation of its bed, defines the purpose of water meter stations and division of flood zones. As part of territorial plan, the flood line is depicted, and new options of flood safety are suggested. The thesis also analyses me-asures, which had been already implemented for the purpose of prevention of floods in the village. |
