dc.description.abstract	Předmětem diplomové práce "Vliv stresu na pracovní výkon" je hledání a identifikování stresových faktorů na pracovišti ve vybraném podniku, provedení výzkumu vlivu stresu na pracovní výkon a vytvoření návrhu opatření pro jejich odstranění či minimalizaci. V teoretické části jsou popsány vybrané pojmy vztahující se ke stresu, charakterizován stres jako psychická zátěž na člověka a definování pracovního stresu. V praktické části na základě empirického výzkumu je pozorován vliv stresu na zaměstnance ve stavební společnosti. Stresové faktory jsou cílem diplomové práce, která je zakončena návrhem opatření k odstranění či eliminaci těchto faktorů.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The thesis "Stress and its Effects on Work Performance" deals with a quest for stress factors and their identification at a work area of a selected company as well as research on how stress affects work performance so that the arrangements to diminish or minimize these stress factors can be proposed. In the theoretical part stress-related terms are defined: furthermore, stress as a psychological pressure imposed on man plus work stress are described. In the practical part, based on empirical research, the effect of stress on employees of a building company is observed. Stress factors are the main objective of this thesis which results in a proposal for arrangements that can diminish or eliminate them.
