| dc.description.abstract |
Cílem této práce je nejprve uvést čtenáře do základů rozhodování a rozhodovacích problémů. V první řadě jsou definovány základní pojmy této problematiky. Dále práce popisuje vyjádření hodnot pomocí stupnic a škál. Posléze práce pojednává o několika typech metod stanovení vah kritérií a metod pro multikriteriální hodnocení variant, se kterými se můžeme nejčastěji setkat v praxi. V praktické části je několik metod pro stanovení vah kritérií a vícekriteriální hodnocení demonstrováno na konkrétních praktických příkladech. V závěru je provedena komparace těchto metod mezi sebou a jsou popsány jejich slabé a silné stránky s případným doporučením, pro jaké případy je vhodné daný typ metody použít. |

The purpose of this thesis is to introduce reader into the basics of decisions and decision problems. At first, there are defined the concepts of this decision. Further, the thesis describes the expression of values using scales and ranges. Finally, the thesis discusses several types of methods of weighting criterias and methods for multi-criterial evaluation of the variants that we can most often encounter in practice. In the practical part there are several methods for weighting criteria and multi-criterial evaluation demonstrated on concrete practical examples. In the end, a comparison of these methods is carried out and their weaknesses and strengths are described, with possible recommendations for which cases it is appropriate to use the given type of method. |
