dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na analýzu rizik obce. Teoretická část popisuje platnou legislativu a dále nastiňuje hlavní pojmy týkající se analýzy rizik obce. Dále popisuje povinnosti obce a starosty při řešení vzniklých rizik. Závěrem teoretická část pojednává o metodách analýzy rizik a mapování rizik. Praktická část na základě zvolených analytických metod identifikuje jednotlivá rizika a tyto dále analyzuje. Analýza je realizována pro území obce Mouřínov. Její výsledky jsou implementovány do geografického informačního systému, pomocí kterého je vytvořena mapa rizik. Přínosem práce je i návrh opatření na snížení rizik a jejich negativních důsledků.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The diploma thesis focuses on the analysis of risk of the village. The theoretical part describes the valid legislation and outlines the main concepts concerning the analysis of risk of the village. It also describes the responsibilities of the municipality and the mayor in addressing the risks incurred. Finally, the theoretical part deals with methods of risk analysis and risk mapping. The practical part identifies the individual risks and analyzes them further based on selected analytical methods. The analysis is realized for the territory of Mouřínov village. Its results are implemented into a geographic information system, through which a risk map is created. The benefit of the work is also the proposal of measures to reduce the risks and their negative consequences.
