dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se věnuje problematice přepravy nebezpečných látek po železnici, převážně fosforu, a havárii s únikem této látky do okolí. Teoretická část práce obsahuje informace v obecné rovině ohledně legislativních předpisů pro železniční přepravu nebezpečných látek, historický kontext spojený s železniční přepravou a charakteristiku konkrétní převážené látky na území Břeclavska. Praktická část se věnuje modelové situaci úniku nebezpečné látky v okolí obce Břeclav a řešením následků této havárie. Současně předkládá návrhy na zlepšení nynějšího stavu.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The bachelor thesis deals with the issue of the rail transport of dangerous substances, main-ly phosphorus, and its spill into the surroundings. The theoretical part of the thesis contains general information on legislative regulations for the rail transport of dangerous substances, its historical context and the characteristics of the specific transported substance in the region of Břeclav. The practical part deals with a model situation of a spill of the dangerous substance into the surroundings of the town of Břeclav and with a solution to the consequences of the spill. It also presents proposals to improve the current situation.
