| dc.description.abstract |
Teoretická část práce je věnována popisu biologických zbraní, jejich historickému vývoji, jednotlivým zástupcům a onemocněním, které tito zástupci způsobují. Dále je zde popsán vývoj mezinárodní legislativy omezující tyto zbraně, ale i legislativy České republiky. V neposlední řadě teoretická část obsahuje základní informace o bioterorismu a popisuje i jeden z jeho nejznámějších příkladů.Praktická část práce popisuje průběh taktického cvičení složek IZS, které je zaměřené na B agens. Je zde uvedeno několik scénářů, které popisují průběh biologického útoku, jeden z nich je pak doplněn grafickým znázorněním, zpracovaném v softwarovém nástroji Practis. Vyhodnocení dotazníkového šetření je situováno na konec teoretické části práce a porovnává jednotlivé složky zastupující Pardubický a Zlínský kraj, dále jsou vyhodnocovány vybrané otázky z hlediska věku, pohlaví a pracovního zařazení respondentů. |

The theoretical part of the work is devoted to biological weapons, their historical development, individual representatives and the diseases they cause. There is also described the development of international legislation restricting these weapons and the legislation of the Czech Republic. Last but not least, the theoretical part contains basic information about bioterrorism and one of his most famous examples. The practical part of the thesis describes the course of tactical exercises of IZS components, which is focused on B - agents. There are some scenarios that describe the biological attack, one of them is then supplemented by graphics processed in the software tools Practis. The evaluation of the questionnaires s situated at the end of the theoretical part of the thesis and compares the individual components representing the Pardubice and Zlín regions, as well as selected questions regarding the age, gender and employment of the respondents. |
