Jak vyplývá z názvu, práce se zabývá implementací nástrojů controllingu do firmy. Vzhledem k tomu, že se jedná o malou firmu, budu ve věnovat především nástrojům finančního controllingu. Praktické zavádění těchto nástrojů, bude vycházet z teoretické části této práce. Základem praktické části, bude provedení finanční analýzy ve firmě SAXO, spol. s r.o. a následné využití těchto závěrů pro zavedení vybraných nástrojů finančního controllingu v této firmě. Dle potřeb firmy budou zvoleny vhodné nástroje pro řízení cash flow, pohledávek a pro plánování. Celou práci bude provázet snaha o maximální využití nového informačního systému firmy. |

As can be seen from the title, this dissertation focuses on implementation of controlling tools into one specific company. With regard to the fact that this company is small by its size I will concentrate mainly on the tools for financial controlling. A practical implementation of these tools will be based on the theoretical part of this dissertation. Core of the practical part will be execution of the financial analysis in the company SAXO, Ltd. and the results of this financial analysis will be used for utilization of the chosen tools of the financial controlling in this company. According to the requirements of this company the feasible tools for the management of cash-flow, outstanding and for scheduling will be chosen. In the whole dissertation I will try to make the most out of the usage of the new informative system of the company. |
