dc.description.abstract	Hlavnou témou bakalárskej práce je kríza v podniku a dopad na riadenie ľudských zdrojov. Táto práca pojednáva o kríze v podniku rovnako z teoretického tak i z praktického hľadiska. V teoretickej časti rozoberá problematiku a definíciu pojmov spojených s krízou a riadením ľudských zdrojov. Praktická časť je venovaná analýze konkrétneho podniku nachádzajúceho sa v stave krízy a na základe výskumu obsahuje sformulované návrhy pre zlepšenie súčasného stavu.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The main topic of the bachelor thesis is the crisis in the company and its impact on the management of human resources. This work deals with the crisis in the company, both from theoretical and practical point of view. In the theoretical part, it deals with issues and definitions of concepts related to the crisis and the management of human resources. The practical part is devoted to the analysis of a particular company involved in the crisis and, on the basis of the research, contains drafting proposals to improve the current situation.
