Tato bakalářská práce je rozložena do dvou základních částí, na část teoretickou a část praktickou. V teoretické části se seznámíme s klíčovou legislativou zahrnující ochranu života, zdraví, majetku a životního prostředí, dále pak se základními pojmy analýzy a hod-nocení rizika v rámci území ohroženého únikem nebezpečných látek a využitím geografic-kého informačního systému jako nástroje pro realizaci metody mapování rizik a účinné prevence nebezpečných havárií. Praktická část je zaměřena na implementaci zjištěných hodnot do geografického informačního systému, pomocí softwarového nástroje TerExu bude odhadnut rozsah dopadů několika typů havárií s únikem nebezpečných chemických látek a data budou následně využita pro použití v geografickém informačním systému, vy-braným nástrojem pro práci se získanými daty byl vybrán softwarový nástroj QGIS, násle-duje vypracování mapy rizik a vyhodnocení této metody pro určení míry ohrožení daného analyzovaného území. |

This bachelor thesis is divided into two basic parts, the theoretical part and the practical part. In the theoretical part we will get acquainted with the key legislation covering the protection of life, health, property and the environment, as well as with the basic concepts of risk analysis and assessment within the territory threatened by leakage of hazardous substances and using the geographic information system for the implementation of the risk mapping method and the effective prevention of dangerous accidents. The practical part focuses on the implementation of detected values in the geographic information system. The TerEx software tool will estimate the extent of impacts of several types of accidents with the leakage of dangerous chemical substances and the data will subsequently be used for use in the geographic information system, the QGIS software tool was selected, fol-lowed by the development of a risk map and the evaluation of this method for determining the degree of threat to the analyzed area. |
