dc.description.abstract	Cieľom mojej bakalárskej práce je vypracovanie finančnej analýzy spoločnosti Lenovo s. r. o. (Slovakia) a spoločnosti Enterprise Services Slovakia s. r. o., ktoré tvoria konkuren-tov. Teoretická časť obsahuje všetky potrebné pojmy spojené s finančnou analýzou a s benchmarkingom. V praktickej časti sa zameriame na spracovanie finančnej analýzy oboch spoločností za roky 2015 - 2017, ktorá sa bude skladať z výpočtu absolutných a pomerových ukazovateľov. Po vypracovaní horizontálnej a vertikálnej analýzy výkazov sa zameriame na výpočet a interpretáciu pomerových ukazovateľov oboch spoločností. Pomocou benchmarkingu porovnáme vypočítané hodnoty porovnávaných spoločností a stanovíme ich silné a slabé stránky. Na základe stanovenia silných a slabých stránok vypracujeme odporúčania pre obe spoločnosti.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The aim of this bachelor thesis is to create the financial analysis of the company Lenovo s.r.o (Slovakia) and Enterprise Services Slovakia s. r. o as its competitor. The theoretical part contains all necessary terms regarding financial analysis and benchmarking. Practical part deals with processing of financial analysis of both companies in 2 years period in years 2015-2017. The first part of the analysis is composed of calculation dealing with particular ratio indexes of both companies. Secondly, it will discuss the vertical and horizontal analyisis of both companies which will be followed by calculation and interpretation of ratio indexes. Subsequently, the analysis considers the benchmarking, as a tool for comparison of processed calculations and set the companies strenghts and weaknesses. According to the conclusion about the strenghts and weaknesses the analysis will set the recomendations for both companies.
