Bakalářská práce se skládá ze dvou částí a její podstatou je implementace metody 5S a ergonomie na pracoviště obrobny ve společnosti Wisconsin Engineering CZ, s.r.o. Teoretická část popisuje všeobecné informace, základní pojmy a jednotlivé kroky metody 5S a ergonomie. V praktické části je provedena analýza současného stavu pracoviště, její zhodnocení a následná doporučení. |
