Tématem bakalářské práce je problematika řízení pohledávek ve vybraném podniku. Cílem bakalářské práce bylo zjistit, jak vybraný podnik přistupuju k řízení pohledávek, jaké zajištění využívá, jak řeší vymáhání pohledávek a doporučit nástroje pro zlepšení stavu řízení pohledávek. Teoretická část byla zaměřena na rozbor literárních zdrojů a obsahuje charakteristiku pohledávek, jejich ocenění, řízení, zajištění a vymáhání. V praktické části je nejprve představen vybraný podnik a následně byla provedena finanční analýza účetních výkazů. Dále byla provedena analýza pohledávek v období 2013 až 2015. Na základě získaných informací bylo zjištěno, jak vybraný podnik posuzuje potencionální odběratele, jaký má přístup ke sledování pohledávek, jaké zajištění využívá, a jakým způsobem vymáhá pohledávky po splatnosti. V závěru bakalářské práce jsou vyjádřena doporučení vybranému pod-niku do budoucna. |

The topic of the bachelor thesis is problem solving of the receivables management in selec-ted company. The aim of the work was to find out, how selected company approaches the the receivables management, how it assures the security, how it solves the recovery of re-ceivables and recommends tools for improving the state of receivables. The theoretical part was focused on the analysis of literary sources and contains the characteristics of receivables, their valuation, management, security and enforcement. In the practical part, the-re is an introduction of the selected company and afterwards there is financial analysis of the financial statements has been carried out. Further, an analysis of receivables in the peri-od 2013 to 2015. Based on the information obtained was found, how selected company assesses potential customers, what access to the monitoring of receivables, what security they uses and how to collect the receivables overdue. At the end of the bachelor thesis, there are recommendations of the selected company forthe future. |
