Moje bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou účetních informací pro finanční řízení vybraného podniku. Dělí se na dvě části, teoretickou a praktickou. V teoretické části je vysvětleno, co je to účetnictví, jeho cíle, funkce a uživatelé. Dále jsou rozebrány samostatné účetní výkazy, finanční řízení a samostatná finanční analýza a její ukazatele. V praktické části představuji vybraný podnik, jeho předmět činnosti, organizační strukturu a jeho konkurenty. Následně je provedena finanční analýza vybraného podniku a srovnána s konkurencí a závěrem doporučuji firmě, co by měla udělat jinak pro lepší finanční řízení. |

My bachelor thesis deals with the analysis of the accounting information for the financial management of the chosen company. It is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. In the theoretical part is explained, what is accounting, its objectives, functions, and users. The following are dealt with in the separate financial statements, financial management and independent financial analysis and its indicators. In the practical part I present to the selected company, its activities, organizational structure and its competitors. Subsequently, the financial analysis is performed for a selected business and compared to the competition, and in conclusion, I recommend a company, what should she do differently for better financial management. |
