dc.description.abstract	Cílem této diplomové práce bylo navrhnout projekt implementace konceptu Balanced Sco-recard do řízení vybrané společnosti. Prvním krokem bylo zpracování literární rešerše, za-bývající se problematikou výkonnosti podniku a systémem BSC. V praktické části byly provedeny potřebné analýzy, které sloužily jako východisko pro navržení konceptu BSC. Poslední částí byl návrh implementace BSC do řízení podniku. Součástí návrhu bylo také vymezení nákladů, rizik a harmonogramu řešení. Hlavním přínosem pro podnik je možnost řízení a zvyšování výkonnosti a hodnoty podniku.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The aim of this master thesis was to propose a project of implementation of the Balanced Scorecard in to the management of the chosen company. The first step was to draw up a literature review dealing with business performance and BSC. In the practical part were carried out necesery analyzes, which served as a basis for proposing the BSC concept. Last part was a proposal of implementation BSC in to the company management. Part of the proposal was also a definition of the costs, risks and timing of the solution. The main bene-fit for the company is ability to manage and increase the performance and value of the business.
