Cílem této diplomové práce je stanovení hodnoty vybraného podniku pomocí výnosových metod oceňování. Práce se skládá ze dvou celků, a to teoretické a praktické části. V teoretické části byly zpracovány literární zdroje, které se této problematiky týkají. V praktické části byla nejprve vypracována část analytická, ve které byl zhodnocen výnosový potenciál a finanční zdraví vybraného podniku. Toto hodnocení vytvořilo podklad pro projektovou část, v rámci které byl sestaven strategický finanční plán a stanovena hodnota podniku vybranými výnosovými metodami. Na závěr byly výsledné hodnoty doplněny o citlivostní analýzu. |

The aim of this master thesis is to determine the value of the chosen company by using yield valuation methods. The thesis consists of two sections, the theoretical and the practical part. In the theoretical part there were the literary sources related to this issue worked. In the practical part there was firstly worked with an analytical part in which the revenue potential and financial health of the chosen company was evaluated. This evaluation formed the basis for the project part in which a strategic financial plan was drawn up and the value of the company was determined by selected yield valuation methods. In conclusion, the final results were supplemented by a sensitivity analysis. |
