dc.description.abstract	Predmetom tejto diplomovej práce je projekt systému plánovania a rozpočtovníctva vo vybranej spoločnosti, analýza súčasnej situácie a návrh nového systému. Teoretická časť klasifikuje podstatu plánovania, typy a tvorbu systému rozpočtov, moderné a tradičné metódy rozpočtovníctva. Praktická časť obsahuje predstavenie spoločnosti, analýzu súčasného stavu rozpočtovníctva a analýzu nákladov. V ďalšej časti je vytvorený návrh nového systému plánovania a rozpočtovníctva. Na základe identifikovaných problémov boli v závere praktickej časti navrhnuté odporúčania pre budúce zmeny a zlepšenia v súčasnom systéme spoločnosti.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The subject of this diploma thesis is the project of planning and budgeting system in the selected company, analysis of the current situation and suggestion of the new system. Theoretical part is classifing the meaning of planning, types and creation of the budget systems, modern and traditional methods of budgeting. Practical part contains presentati-on of the company, analysis the current situation of budgeting and analysis of the costs. In the next part is created suggetion of the new system of planning and budgeting. Based on identified problems were mentioned at the end of practical part suggetions for future changes and reccomendations to changes of the current system in the company.
