dc.description.abstract	Teoretická část práce objasňuje problematiku vztahující se na aktivního střelce. Dále zde nalezneme objasnění forem služební přípravy a struktur Policie České republiky. Praktická část práce je věnována hodnocení současného stavu připravenosti policie a metodiky zásahu proti aktivnímu střelci. Pro konkrétnější výstup práce je problematika vztažena přímo na podmínky Obvodního oddělení ve Vyškově. Na základě získaných informací je zpracován návrh ke zkvalitnění přípravy a zásahu policie proti aktivnímu střelci.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The theoretical part of the thesis clarifies the issue relating to an active shooter. Here, we can find clarification of the service training and structures of the Czech Republic police. The practical part of the thesis is dedicated to evaluate the current state of police readiness and a method of intervenience against an active shooter. For a more concrete result of work, the issue is directly related to conditions of the district department in Vyškov. Based on the information a proposal is made to improve readiness and intervention of the police against the active shooter.
