dc.description.abstract	Cílem bakalářské práce je provést analýzu účetní uzávěrky a závěrky ve společnosti CEBES a.s. Práce se skládá z teoretické a praktické části. Cílem teoretické části je seznámení s problematikou účetní uzávěrky a závěrky. V rámci účetní uzávěrky jsou popsány přípravné práce, které vedou ke zjištění výsledku hospodaření a následně k uzavření účetních knih. Účetní závěrka je zaměřena na popis a význam účetních výkazů jako je rozvaha, výkaz zisku a ztráty, příloha, přehled o změnách vlastního kapitálu a výkaz o peněžních tocích. V úvodu praktické části je představena společnost CEBES a.s. Poté následuje analýza dosavadního průběhu účetní uzávěrky a závěrky. Součástí bakalářské práce je také soubor opatření a doporučení pro zlepšení současného stavu dané tématiky ve společnosti CEBES a.s.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The aim of the Bachelor thesis is to do the analysis of the closing the books and the financial statements in the company CEBES a.s. Work consists of the theoretical and the practical parts. The aim of theoretical part is to give information about book closing and final accounts. Within the bounds of book closing are described preparatory works leading to the detection comprehensive income and subsequently to closing books of account. Final accounts is primarily focused on the description and meaning of the most important financial statements such as balance sheet, income statement, notes, statement of changes in equity and statement of cash flows. At the beginning of the practical part CEBES a.s. is introduced. Then the analysis of progress in the closing the books and financial statements is followed. Part of the Bachelor thesis are also set of measures and recommendations to improve the current situation of subject matter in the company CEBES a.s.
