Cílem diplomové práce je racionalizace logistického procesu ve společnosti SPUR a.s. Teoretická část obsahuje literární rešerši, která se zabývá základními informacemi o logis-tice, výrobní logistice, dále pak o teorii omezení. Součástí je také popis teoretických oblastí a analytických nástrojů, které jsou následně využity v části praktické. Praktická část je za-měřena na analýzu stávající situace z hlediska výroby, kvality, interní logistiky, expedice a analýzy materiálových toků. Na základě analýz byl vytvořen návrh na racionalizaci logis-tického procesu ve firmě, zavedení mezioperačních skladů, reorganizaci procesů a zavedení automatické identifikace vysokozdvižných vozíků. |

The thesis aims to rationalize logistics processes in company SPUR a.s. The theoretical part includes a literature research, which deals with basic information about logistics, production logistics, as well as Theory of Constraints. It also includes description of the theoretical areas and analytical tools that are subsequently used in the practical part. The practical part is focu-sed on the analysis of the existing situation in terms of production, quality, internal logis-tics, shipping, and analysis of material flows. On the basis of the analyses was created by a proposal on the rationalisation of logistics process in the company, introduction of intero-perable warehouses, reorganization of processes and the introduction of the automatic identification of lift trucks. |
