dc.description.abstract	Cílem diplomové práce je vytvořit a implementovat nový systém pro řízení inovací ve společnosti SAV CZECH spol. s r.o. Diplomová práce je rozdělena do dvou částí. Teoretická část obsahuje literární rešerši z oblasti řízení inovací, přičemž je čerpáno z české i zahraniční literatury. Analytická část diplomové práce se zabývá analýzou současného stavu řízení inovací v podniku. K vypracování analytické části je použit strategický audit, na který navazuje analýza inovačního procesu. Informace získané analytickými metodami jsou základem pro návrh a implementaci nového systému řízení inovací, který využívá modelu fází a bran. Na závěr je projekt podroben nákladové a rizikové analýze.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The main aim of the diploma thesis is to develop and implement a new management system for innovations in SAV CZECH spol. s r.o. company. Diploma thesis is devided into two parts. The theoretical part includes a literature search of innovation management which is drawn from the Czech and foreign literature. The analytical part of the thesis analyzes the current state of innovation management in the company. Strategic audit is used for developing of analytical part. Followed by an analysis of the innovation process. Based on the informations obtained by analysis the new system for innovations using Sgate-Gate model is designed and implemented. At the conclusion of the project the cost and risk analysis are examined.
