dc.description.abstract	Podstatou práce byla analýza pohybu na kapitálovém trhu, jeho fungování a zákonitosti. V teoretické části jsou popsány literární zdroje z oblasti investování na kapitálovém trhu. V analytické části jsem představil postup při vybudování obchodního plánu a jeho využití na finančním trhu. Srovnal jsem tento postup s alternativním způsobem investování. Doufám, že tato práce bude užitečná pro všechny, kteří se zajímají o obchodování na kapi-tálovém trhu.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	The basics of my work was analysis of the movement on capital market with focus on its function and patterns. There are described literature resources from the area of investment on capital market in the theoretical part. I presented a procedure of making a business plan and showed its uti-lize on financial market in the analytic part. This strategy is compared with alternative ways of investment. I hope that my master thesis will be useful for everyone who is interested in negotiating on capital market.	en
