dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce se věnuje konsolidované účetní závěrce územního samosprávného celku. V teoretické části je popsána účetní závěrka, dále metody konsolidace a průběh sestavování účetních výkazů za Českou republiku. V praktické části jsou sestaveny konsolidované účet-ní výkazy za vybrané město. Po analýze problémových oblastí při sestavování těchto výka-zů jsou navrženy změny v postupech, metodických materiálech a ve způsobu informování v rámci konsolidačního celku.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The diploma thesis is dedicated to the consolidated financial statements (final accounts) of the self-governing territorial unit. In the theoretical part the thesis describes financial state-ments, consolidation methods and the course of the preparation of financial statements of the Czech Republic. In the practical part of the thesis the consolidated financial statements for the selected city are drawn up. After the analysis of problem areas of the compilation of these reports, changes in procedures are proposed, as well as changes in methodological guidance and in the way the information in the consolidated group is transferred.
