dc.description.abstract	Cílem této bakalářské práce je analyzovat nynější systém řízení firmy Callisto s.r.o. a navrhnout nejlepší řešení pro jeho zlepšení. Společnost poskytuje služby v oblasti stavebnictví. Práce se skládá ze dvou částí. Část teoretická představuje obecné informace o strategii podniku a další část převádí dané poznatky z předchozí části do praxe. V závěru jsou uvedeny návrhy vyplívající z analýz.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The aim of this bachelor´s thesis is to analyse current Management system of the company Callisto, s.r.o. and suggest the best solution to improve it. This company deals with providing services in building area. The labour consists of two parts. The theoretical part presents general information about the strategy of the company and the next part transforms the knowledges from previous part into the practice. In the conclusion, there are suggestions follow from the analyses.
