dc.description.abstract	V diplomové práci bude řešena přestavba linky T5 v oddělení garnitury. Teoretická část bude zaměřena na vysvětlení principů projektování výrobních buněk. Tyto poznatky jsou potom východiskem pro část analytickou, která ve své první části zachycuje za použití metod prů-myslového inženýrství obraz stávajícího stavu linky. V druhé části analytické části bude vy-pracován projekt na optimalizaci linky T5. Bude navržen nový layout a stanoven kapacitní propočet z hlediska lidských zdrojů. Na závěr bude nastíněna obecná metodika postupu při optimalizaci linek ve firmě.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	The object of my diploma work thesis is a reconstruction of the unit T5 in the garniture de-partment. The theoretical part will explain the principles of designing the production cells. These findings are at the same time a resource for the analytical part which in its first section should reflect an image of a current state of the unit. In the second section of the analytical part a plan for an optimizing of the unit T5 will be draught. A new layout will be proposed and a capacity calculation in term of human resources will be determined. At the conclusion a common procedure of optimizing the units in the company will be outlined.	en
