dc.description.abstract	Úvod bakalářské práce je věnován oboru sociálních služeb a jejich financování ve vztahu komerční bezpečnosti. Dále se zabývá analýzou činností asistivních služeb v České republice a současným stavem těchto systémů. Teoreticky jsou rozebrány vhodné objekty pro realizaci telefonních komunikátorů, která spadají pod asistivní technologie. Hlavní částí práce se dá nazývat praktická část, ve které popisujeme návrh vlastního asistivního systému, tvořeného pomocí telefonní ústředny. Popsána je i realizace daného systému. Závěr je plně zaměřen na následující vývoj těchto systémů ve spolupráci s PKB.

dc.description.abstract-translated	Introduction of the bachelor thesis is focusing on social services and their financing in or-der to commercial security. Further it analyze the activities of assistive services in the Czech Republic and current state of these systems. Theoretically thesis analyzes suitable objects for implementation of telephone dialer which belongs to assistive technology. Main part describes design of the assistive system itself, formed via telephone exchange. Implementation of the system is described as well. Conclusion is fully focused on the next evolution of these system in cooperation with PKB.
