dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce pojednává o rizicích čerpání rozpočtových prostředků v podmínkách Vězeňské služby České republiky. Teoretická část práce je zaměřena na stručné uvedení do principu financování Vězeňské služby České republiky, vývoje vězeňství a legislativy. Dále popisuje organizaci Vězeňské služby České republiky. Samostatná kapitola je věnována cíli práce a využitým metodám analýzy. Praktická část uvádí konkrétní data čerpání rozpočtových prostředků a zabývá se postupem čerpání rozpočtových prostředků využívaným v praxi, konkrétně ve Věznici Břeclav. V tomto procesu identifikuje rizika, analyzuje je, hodnotí a navrhuje opatření ke snížení rizik.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The Bachelor thesis discusses the drawing risks of the budgetary resources under the conditions of the prison service of the Czech Republic. The theoretical part of the thesis is focused on a brief entry into the principle of financing the Prison service of the Czech Republic, the development of the prison system and legislation. It describes the organisationof the Prison service of the Czech Republic . A separate chapter is devoted to the goals of the work and the use of methods of analysis .The practical part lists the specific data drawing on budgetary resources and deals with the procedure of drawing the appropriations used in practice,specifically in the prison in Břeclav. In this process, risks are identified,analysed, evaluated and proposed the measures to red uce the risks.
