dc.description.abstract	Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá krizovým managementem na úrovni obce. Cílem práce je vymezit krizový management obce a prostřednictvím analýz určit jeho současný stav a jeho případné zlepšení. V první části je zpracována literární rešerše k danému tématu. Jsou zde rozebrány pojmy, jako například management, krizový management, krizové plánování, krizový manažer, krizová komunikace a samospráva obce. V závěru první části jsou také stručně popsány analýzy použité pro tuto práci. V druhé části práce je charakterizována obec Babice, struktura její samosprávy a prostřednictvím interview se starostkou a bývalým starostou obce vypracována SWOT analýza aplikovaná na krizové řízení v obci. V závěru celé práce je zpracován kontrolní seznam týkající se povodňových plánů obce a vypracováno doporučení pro zlepšení krizového řízení.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This bachelor thesis deals with crisis management at the village community level. The aim of this thesis is to define the crisis management of community and through these analyses determine its current state and potential improvements. In the first part the literature review regarding given topic is carried out. Terms such as management, crisis management, emergency planning, crisis manager, crisis communications and local government are analyzed. In the conclusion of the first part the analyses used for this thesis are briefly decribed. The second part is focused on a village Babice and its local government structure. Through interviews with the mayor and former mayor the SWOT analysis is carried out and applied to a crisis management of the community. In the conclusion of this thesis the checklist regarding flood planning is processed and recommendations for improvement of crisis management are described.
