dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce řeší proces řízení rizik ve vybrané organizaci, konkrétně v organizaci The Candy Plus Sweet Factory, s.r.o. zabývající se potravinářskou výrobou. Teoretická část se věnuje problematice rizika a základním pojmům, které souvisí s řízením rizik. Dále je zde popsán proces řízení rizik. V závěru teoretické části je zmíněn potravinářský průmysl a jeho normy. Praktická část zahrnuje představení organizace a následnou identifikaci rizik, která na ni působí. Na základě provedených analýz byly zpracovány návrhy a doporučení ke snížení dopadů zjištěných rizik.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The bachelor thesis addresses the risk management process in a chosen company, namely The Candy Plus Sweet Factory, s.r.o. which is a food production company. The theoretical part is devoted to the issue of risks and the basic concepts related to risk management. It also describes the risk management process. The end of the theoretical part touches on the food industry and its standards. The practical part includes a presentation of the company and a subsequent identification of the risks that affect it. Based on the conducted analyzes, proposals were elaborated and recommendations on reducing the impact of identified risks were made.
