dc.description.abstract	Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou nákladů a jejich řízení ve společnosti Moracell s.r.o.. Cílem práce je zpracovat přehled jednotlivých nákladů z různých pohledů a na zákla-dě analyzovaných poznatků navrhnout doporučení pro zlepšení současného stavu. Bakalář-ská práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část obsahuje rozbor literárních pramenů se zaměřením náklady a jejich pojetí, klasifikaci nákladů, nástroje řízení nákladů a kalkulace. Na teoretickou část navazuje část praktická, která se věnuje předsta-vení společnosti, analýze nákladů a kalkulacím ve výrobě. Závěr práce je věnován návrhům a doporučením pro možná zlepšení.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This bachelor thesis deals with the analysis of costs and costs management in the company Moracell s.r.o. The goal of the thesis is make an overview of the various costs from diffe-rent points of view and based on the findings of the analysis suggest recommendations to improve the current situation. Bachelor thesis is divided to theoretical part and practical part. Theoretical part includes retrieval of literary sources with costs and their concept, clas-sification of costs, instruments for costs management and calculations. The theoretical part is followed by practical part, which is devoted to introducing the company, cost analysis and calculations in production. In the conclusion are described proposed improvements.
