dc.description.abstract	Cílem diplomové práce je racionalizace výroby kovacích nástrojů ve společnosti ALPER a.s. V teoretické části jsou popsána témata, která slouží jako podklad pro zpracování prak-tické části. Analytická část obsahuje popis původního stavu výroby nástrojů, identifikaci hlavních nedostatků, jejich podrobnou analýzu a vymezení dílčích cílů pro racionalizaci procesu plánování a řízení výroby nástrojů. V projektové části práce jsou popsána řešení vedoucí ke splnění jednotlivých dílčích cílů implementace PLM softwaru, implementace ERP softwaru a návrh nového procesu plánování a řízení výroby nástrojů s podporou in-formačního systému.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The objective of the thesis is the rationalization of the production of forging tools in the company ALPER a.s. The theoretical part describes topics that serve as a basis for prepara-tion of the practical part. The analytical part contains a description of the original state of the production of tools, an identification of the major shortcomings, their detailed analysis, and a definition of partial goals for rationalization of the process of planning and manage-ment of the production of tools. The project part of the thesis describes solutions which lead to achieving the individual partial goals implementation of PLM software, imple-mentation of ERP software and a proposal of a new process of planning and management of production of tools with the support of information system.
