Cílem diplomové práce je návrh tvorby vnitropodnikových směrnic ve společnosti XY, s.r.o. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části - teoretickou a praktickou. V teoretické části je vysvětlena problematika vnitropodnikových směrnice a legislativa, která se týká směrnic i účetnictví, a dále i problematika BOZP. V praktické části je nejdříve společnost představena, následně analyzována a poté je zhodnocen její současný stav vnitropodnikových směrnic. Na analytickou část navazuje projektová část, která obsahuje návrhy jednotlivých vnitropodnikových směrnic. Celý projekt je zhodnocen s uvedením nákladů, přínosů, rizik a jednotlivých doporučení pro danou společnost. |

The aim of the master´s thesis proposal is The Creation of Internal Guidelines in The Company XY, s.r.o. The work is divided into two parts - theoretical and practical. In the theoretical part, the issue of internal directives and legislation concerning directives and accounting, and also the issue of safety and health. In the practical part is the first company presented, analyzed and evaluates its current state of internal guidelines. On the analytical part of the project follows a section that contains proposals for individual internal guidelines. The entire project is evaluated in terms of costs, benefits, risks, and individual recommendations for the company. |
