dc.description.abstract	Tématem této bakalářské práce je Návrh optimalizace sítě útulků pro zvířata. Teoretická část popisuje legislativu v oblasti ochrany zvířat, orgány zajišťující ochranu zvířat se zaměřením na útulky pro zvířata a charakteristiku zvířecích útulků. V praktické části jsou zmapována jednotlivá zařízení a analyzována jejich dostupnost v závislosti na počtu obyvatel, či geografické poloze. Jsou zde taky popsány služby, které mohou jednotlivé útulky poskytovat. Dále je provedena SWOT analýza a popsány dopady, jaké má činnost těchto depozit na veřejné rozpočty. V závěru jsou navržena opatření pro optimalizaci sítě útulků pro zvířata v České republice.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The topic of the bachelor thesis is the proposal of optimization of the animal shelter system. The theoretical part describes legislation in the field of animal protection, institutions ensuring animal protection especially focused on animal shelters and their characteristics. In the practical part I have mapped out individual institutions and analyzed the availability depending on the population and geographical location. There are also described services which individual animal shelters are able to offer. Furthermore, there SWOT analysis is described as well as impacts which activity of these deposits of public budgets have. In the end the optimizing measures of animal shelters in the Czech Republic are suggested.
