dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce je zaměřena na problematiku implementace operativního controllingu ve vybrané společnosti. Teoretická část zpracovává poznatky z oblasti operativního controllingu a jeho nástrojů. Cílem praktické části je, na základě provedené analýzy vybrané společnosti, navrhnout v podmínkách společnosti projekt implementace operativního controllingu. V závěru je zhodnocena jeho ekonomická náročnost, přínosy a rizika.
