dc.description.abstract	Moja bakalárska práca sa týka systému vzdelávania pracovníkov. V úvode sa venujem teórii, teda vysvetleniu základných pojmov z oblasti vzdelávania pracovníkov a samotnému vzdelávaniu. V praktickej časti v krátkosti predstavujem firmu ZIPP, závod Rajec, analyzujem súčasný systém vzdelávania pracovníkov vo firme a hodnotím jeho silné a slabé stránky. V závere mojej práce sa venujem konkrétnym odporúčaniam pre firmu na zlepšenie podnikového systému vzdelávania pracovníkov.

dc.description.abstract-translated	My bachelor work deals with the educational system of workers. In the opening theoretical part I explain basic terms from the educational sphere and describe the educational process itself. In the practical part I shortly introduce a firm ZIPP in Rajec and I analyse the present educational system of workers here with the classification of strong and weak sides of this system. The conclusion contains some concrete recommendations for improving the firm´s educational system of workers.
